Find your money
Where you're making money, and where you're losing it
Most businesses can tell you what they sold. Almost none can tell you why. You can't do more of what's working until you know what's working — so that's what we build first.
- Where deals die in your pipeline
- Which customers leave, and when they start to
- What your best customers have in common
- What each lead source is actually worth

Stop doing it by hand
Stop paying people to do what a computer can do
You already know which parts of your week shouldn't be done by hand. You've just never had a free week to fix it. We find the busywork, show you what it costs, then build the thing that does it.
- Reports that build and send themselves
- Data that moves between systems without a person
- The Monday-morning spreadsheet, retired
- A ranked list of what to automate next
Your queue
One at a time, in your order
Monday pipeline email, automated
- Commission report by rep
- Why Q3 margin dropped
- Weekly job-cost email
Trust your numbers
Make sure the numbers are right in the first place
A report is only as good as what it's built on. When two systems disagree, every report downstream is wrong — and you usually find out in a meeting. We trace each number back to where it came from, then keep watching.
- Where each number actually comes from
- Systems that disagree, reconciled
- Checks that catch bad data before you see it
- Reports you never have to double-check
Nightly checks
What ran against your data last night
- Invoices match the ledgerPass
- No duplicate customersPass
- Job costs inside rangePass
- CRM and accounting agree3 mismatches

You're in the right place if…
- There are reports that would help your business, and you just don't have time to build them.
- There's obvious work a computer should be doing, and nobody has the time or the skill to set it up.
- You look at a report and you're pretty sure some of the numbers are wrong.
Nodding at even one of those? The next step is easy.
How it works
Tell us what's broken
You walk us through all of it: the reports you don't have, the work you're doing by hand, the numbers you don't trust. We write down every one.
The build phase
A stretch of intense building. We make the reports, dashboards, and tools your business needs, as fast as you can tell us what you want. No ticket limits. No hour counts.
The maintain phase
When you decide everything's built, we switch. We stay on to fix anything that breaks and change things as your business changes, for as long as you want us there.
One flat monthly rate for whichever phase you're in. No hourly billing, no per-request charges.
Frequently asked questions
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
Submit as many requests as you like. We work them one at a time from a queue you control the order of, and most requests turn around in days. Unlimited volume, single-threaded focus.
What counts as a request?
Anything against your connected data: a new report or dashboard, a piece of automation, a data fix, cleanup of an existing report, or just a question you want answered with data.
How long does the build phase last?
As long as you need it to. Most of the heavy building happens early, but you decide when you are done, not us.
What happens after the build phase?
We move to maintaining. Everything we built keeps running, and when something breaks or needs to change, we handle it. You can go back into building any time something new comes up.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly rate that depends on which phase you're in. No hourly billing, no per-request charges, no long-term contract. We'll give you the number on the call.
What tools do you work with?
Whatever you already run — accounting systems, CRMs, field-service and ops platforms, ad accounts, spreadsheets. Connecting a brand-new system that needs custom integration work is a separate scoped conversation.
Do you need access to our systems?
Eventually, and only read access. Nothing on the first call — send us a report and we can work from that.
Send us a report you don't trust.
We'll pull it apart and show you what it should actually say.
